Adult and Kids classes

Although we sometimes experience the same need to defend ourselves Adults and Kids classes are run separately.
Most Defence Coaches hosting core sessions will run both types.

Exercise with purpose

Learning to handle a ball or bat for exercise is nice,
but learning to protect yourself has a realistic purpose.
Plus you will burn calories.
